Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of personal data processing and the conditions for maintaining the confidentiality of users accessing the website rivieracamp.pl.

 

The administrator of personal data is the company JOZMAR s.c. Marcin Kardaś, Mateusz Kardaś, with its registered office at ul. Fabryczna 58, 33-132 Niedomice, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9930657638, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Administrator".

 

This Policy is an informational document and does not replace the security policy conducted by the Service Operator in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection.

 

Regarding data that constitutes personal data under the provisions on personal data protection, the data controller is the Service Operator, the company JOZMAR s.c. Marcin Kardaś, Mateusz Kardaś.

 

1. Definitions:

  • Data Administrator - an entity that decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.
  • Service - website operated by the Data Administrator, available at the internet address www.rivieracamp.pl
  • User - a person visiting the Service
  • Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person

2. Method of collecting personal data

 

The Service automatically saves cookies to the end device and records the IP address. The Service also performs functions to obtain information about users by storing technical logs at the server level, operated by nazwa.pl (the hosting operator runs its website at http://www.nazwa.pl. The hosting operator is nazwa.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow).

 

3. Scope and purpose of collected personal data

  • All data collected by the administrator is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized use.
  • Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular small text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for use on the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. It is up to the User to decide whether they want cookies to be saved on their computer.
  • Disabling the support of cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, and maintaining user preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of websites.

  • The data administrator secures personal data by applying a high level of security as indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 100, item 1024).
  • Access to personal data processed in the Data Administrator's system is granted only to persons authorized by him and obliged to keep the data confidential.
  • The Data Administrator applies the principles described in this document to ensure the confidentiality of users of the service.
  • It is possible that the scope of data collected or the method of their protection may change slightly while maintaining user privacy.
  • This document cannot be the basis for any claims against the Data Administrator unless these claims result from the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
  • Links and redirects to other websites may be posted on the Service. The data administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies that apply to these websites.
  • The data administrator reserves the right to make changes to this document. Changes will be published on the Service websites along with the date of the last update.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that:

  • Personal data obtained by the Administrator will be processed for the purpose of responding to the email sent via the contact form, i.e., to take action at the request of the person whose data it concerns, before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).
  • Recipients of personal data provided in the content of the inquiry sent via the contact form may be entities to which the administrator has entrusted the processing of data (processors), e.g., IT support.
  • Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
  • Personal data processed for the purpose of handling inquiries will be stored for the duration of the correspondence justified by the nature of the inquiry (but not longer than for a period of 6 months from the date of completion of the correspondence), or until the consent to processing is withdrawn earlier.
  • Depending on the results of the correspondence conducted, the data will either be further processed for the purpose of contract performance, about which the person whose data it concerns will be informed separately, or will be deleted if no cooperation is established.
  • The person whose personal data it concerns has the right to access their personal data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing, and if the processing is based on consent: the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • If the person whose personal data it concerns believes that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions on personal data protection, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary.
  • JOZMAR s.c. Marcin Kardaś, Mateusz Kardaś may use systems for automated decision-making. The following decisions are made automatically: profiling is performed based on the data held, in particular such as: data regarding provided services, transmission data, location data, information obtained using so-called cookies. Profiling affects marketing information and offers that you will receive (an offer tailored to your needs).

 

Part II. Right to Object for Reasons Related to the Specific Situation

 

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 21(1) and (4) of the GDPR, we inform you that:

  • The person whose personal data it concerns has the right to object - for reasons related to their particular situation - to the processing of their personal data if the processing of personal data takes place on the following grounds:
    • a) processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller,
    • b) processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party.
  • The objection referred to in point 1 should be reported to the Data Administrator.

  • The person whose personal data it concerns has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
  • The right to object applies to the extent that the processing of personal data is related to direct marketing.
  • The objection referred to in point 1 should be reported to the Data Administrator.
